By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. These terms do not replace a separately signed sales, distribution, supply, confidentiality or project agreement.

The Website is intended primarily for professional, commercial and institutional users seeking information about hospitality, banquet and contract furniture/equipment. You must use the Website only for lawful purposes and have legal capacity to act for yourself or the organisation you represent.

The Website presents corporate information, product categories, manufacturing capabilities, visual references and contact options. It does not currently provide online payment, website user accounts or a self-service purchasing system.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Unless mandatory jurisdiction rules require otherwise, disputes concerning Website use are subject to the competent courts and enforcement offices of Bursa, Türkiye.

This clause does not override any mandatory consumer, data-protection or other jurisdiction right that cannot legally be waived.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience and do not limit interpretation.

You may not assign rights arising solely under these terms where the assignment would prejudice Otelsan or violate law. Otelsan may transfer Website operation or related rights as part of a lawful corporate reorganisation, provided mandatory rights are respected.

Otelsan may update the Website and these terms to reflect legal, technical or business changes. The version published on this page applies from the stated last-updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acknowledgement of the revised Website terms, subject to mandatory law.
